39 weeks and holding strong! My uterus must feel like a waterfront suite at the Sanctuary because Baby Anna is as happy and as comfortable as she can be in there! I saw Dr. Moore this morning and my cervix is still closed. Soft but closed. Of course things can change in an instant, like breaking my water, but he said that I'll most likely be back next week for my 40 week visit. So I'm scheduled to see him again next Tuesday. Dr. Moore also said that this is no 6 pound baby...he thinks she may be petite but fat, and guesses around 8 lbs at delivery. I love to picture her fat little cheeks.
Looks like I'll be watching football from home and not from the hospital this weekend! One more week of patience, Anna, and then we are coming in after you!!!
